We’ve designed Tools according to your needs; so however you’re feeling, you can just pick a section and plug-in. We have content to help you relax, boost your energy or increase your focus.
Struggling to get up? We have some great morning boosts. Feeling your mind racing when the lights go off? Head over to our Sleep section! At your desk, on your commute, or simply at home during down-time… Our Tools were designed with you in mind and have your back all through the day.
The current Tool duration ranges from a super handy 1 minute up to 20 minutes for longer practices. And with your feedback, coupled with the expertise of our specialists, we are constantly working to release new Tools so you can get even more from our platform.
