Unmind is made up of clinically-backed tools and training to support organisations and their employees with their mental health. We work with top psychologists and wellbeing experts to support you and help you feel your best in your everyday life. So whether it’s to see you through a tough time or boost your brain cells to the max, our goal is to accompany you through taking care of your mind.
All of our Tools and Series are designed to support you from morning to evening – fitting around your daily activities. And we’re constantly creating new content and developing new features so we can cover as much of life’s bumps and needs.
We look after our teeth by brushing them twice a day, and we exercise to keep our bodies in tip-top condition. So when it comes to our brains - that work for us 24 hours a day - we believe there should be something available for us to spend a few minutes a day taking care of our minds too.
Core to our beliefs is that everyone has the right to healthy mind and that mental health isn’t a dirty word; we all have it, all of the time. We want Unmind to create a sense of community in the workplace, and help normalise discussions around mental health.
