At Unmind, we are also on a mission to increase understanding about mental health. Mental health simply refers to the health of your mind, just like physical health refers to the health of your body (and dental health to your teeth!) - it is always there with you, and we believe it should be discussed as simply another part of your overall health. Put simply, we want to see a world where there is no stigma in talking about our minds!
Did you know? We can actually improve our mental wellbeing from the neurons up! Through exercise, we develop our brains in the same way we develop our muscles. So, the power is in your hands.
