Series are Unmind’s evidence based behavioural change programmes. Combining the latest in Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - they cover the full spectrum of mental health, from surviving through to thriving.
Series offer an in-depth exploration of a particular topic so you can develop a greater understanding of mental health and of your own wellbeing (and how to improve it). Its unique structure lets you work at your pace, guiding you step by step and assessing your progression at the end of the programme.
Series are delivered in small chunks of micro-learning that will never require more than 10 minutes of your day. They range from a few days all the way up to 8 weeks, to really accompany you through making positive change and creating new habits.
