Our recommendation is to start off by completing an Unmind Index (to give you an overall snapshot of your current wellbeing and understand which areas of Unmind might serve you best).
Beyond this, there is really no set rule. Once Zeno has finished giving you an overview of your platform, the best thing to do is to just dive into whatever grabs your attention!
Some people use Tools before they start their first Series, using them to support themselves in everyday life activities. Tools are practical and easy to pick up because they are applicable to many parts of your daily routine.
Otherwise, the Intro to Mental Health Series is a great place to start your Unmind journey. This Series aims to increase understanding around mental health, as well as provide the tools to help you look after your own wellbeing. Our Series cover the whole spectrum of mental health, from identifying problems through to learning how to thrive.
We also recommend that you do a Check-In as regularly as possible - ideally once a day. So why not start there so that your Insights can really reflect your progression from day one?
