First and foremost, if you are a new user then please ensure you have verified your account by clicking on the link we sent via email when signing-up. It can sometimes end up in junk or spam, so be sure to check there just in case.

Equally, please ensure you are trying to login to the correct Unmind portal by checking the URL. Your login credentials will only work for the URL specific to your organisation, i.e. ‘yourorganisation.unmind.com’.

Please also check that you have inputted your registered email address and password correctly. 

The next step is to see if a password reset fixes the issue. Please follow the ‘forgotten password’ process from the login page and go through the steps.

If you are using the app version of Unmind:

Please 'kill' the app by double-tapping your home button and swiping up to stop the application running. Then try to login again. 

If this doesn't work, please uninstall the app and reinstall to try again.

N.B. The Unmind app is updated regularly to not only provide fantastic improvements but to keep it secure and reliable for our users. Android no longer provide security support for versions below Android Marshmallow (version 6.0) which means that we are unable to provide a secure platform for users who do not have at least this version.
