You can normally address your registration query with one of the below. We'll get you registered in a jiffy!
The three common errors when trying to register are:
- You are trying to register on the login page. Whoops! You're not the only one so don't worry – all you need to do is click 'sign up here' highlighted in green at the top of the login page:
2. You've mistyped your email address. You only have to register once, so make sure you double-check your email address to ensure it is correct (otherwise the registration email won't get to you and you won't be able to confirm your account and login). You will see a screen after completing the registration form that will tell you what address we've emailed your confirmation link to.
The registration email should get to you very quickly (check your spam just incase!). If it doesn't and you think you've mistyped your email please reach out to email@example.com.
3) Your password doesn't match the security criteria. We take your data security very seriously so please ensure all the tick boxes turn green.
In the above example, you can see that a number and some extra characters need to be added for the password to be confirmed.
