The problem is likely related to the internet browser you’re using. Browsers such as Internet Explorer (IE) 8 do not support many modern websites or systems. Less than 5% of Internet users in Europe use IE8 and the browser isn’t developed or even supported by Microsoft anymore.

Upgrading your IE to the latest version may fix the problem. Alternatively you can try accessing the site through a newer browser such as Google Chrome or Firefox. If your browser is preloaded by your organisation then it may be worth contacting your internal IT department to see if they can remedy the problem or change certain parameters to make Unmind more accessible.
