There are a few possible reasons why you're unable to create an Unmind account:

🙈 You're entering the wrong ID

First of all, double-check that you've entered your ID correctly.

If you're not sure that you're entering the right ID, please read this article.

🔍 Your ID is not in our database

It's possible that your employer has not yet uploaded your ID to our database, especially if you've only recently joined your organisation. If this is the case, you will see the following error message:

Please contact your HR team with your ID to get yourself added in.

👥 You've already registered

If you've already registered and tried to use the same ID and email address to create another account, you will receive an email reminding you of your existing account.

If you attempt to use a different email from your existing account, you will see the below error message.
