If you have chosen not to make your calendar directly available for clients to book, prospective clients can send you a session request through the platform. When a client sends a request, you can view it in Unmind Connect under Appointments > Requests.
To find the client's contact details, navigate to the Clients page. Additionally, you will receive an email from Unmind containing the client's contact details and a message from them.You will need to contact the client within one business day to share your availability and organise a session time that suits both parties.
Once you have agreed on a time for the session, you can book it in your calendar by following the steps outlined in this article.
