Cancelling or rescheduling your session
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact your practitioner via your agreed method (e.g. email) to let them know.
If you don't have your practitioner's contact details, or you can't get hold of them, you can get in touch with us here with proof that you tried to contact them 24 hours before the session, and we will make sure that you don't lose your session.
Your practitioner will make the agreed changes to your session, and you'll receive a new or updated session invitation.
Last minute cancellations
Where possible, we ask that you give your practitioner more than one business day's notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session.
However we understand that this isn't always within your control. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session less than one business day prior to your session start time, this will count towards one of your sessions. Your practitioner will reschedule your session accordingly.
