How do I book a session?

Fran Bratt Fran Bratt

You can book an Unmind Talk session at any time in the Unmind app, without the need to contact your manager or HR team. This is completely confidential and secure. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Talk tab

To begin, go to the Talk tab within your Unmind account. On mobile, you can find the Talk tab at the bottom right of your screen, while on the web platform, it is located at the top right.

2. Select "Browse Practitioners"

Select "Browse Practitioners" from the options presented. You will be prompted to provide your location to ensure that we display practitioners available in your area.

3. Explore Practitioner Profiles

Scroll through the list of available practitioners or use the filters to refine the list of practitioners based on your needs. Click on a practitioner to view their profile, where you can read their bio, learn about their specialties, and gain insight into their approach.

4. Request or book a session

Once you've found a practitioner that suits your needs, click the Request session / Book session button. If the practitioner has set their availability, you can select a date and time that works for you directly from their calendar. In the case a practitioner hasn't set their availability, you can send them a request instead.

There will be the option of leaving a short message on what you'd like to address in your sessions. Only your practitioner can view the message you leave.

5. What happens next?

Your practitioner will contact you within one business day to either confirm the booking or share their availability. They will contact you on the email you used to log in to Unmind.

If you don't hear from your practitioner during this time, please check your spam folder. If there's still nothing, you can get in touch with us here and we'll look into this.

If you have any further questions around this, you can get in touch with us here.
