How do I book a session?

You can access a library of practitioners from your Unmind account. These practitioners are licensed/accredited and insured to see clients in your location. 

You don't need to contact your manager or HR team to see a practitioner - you can access this list at any time. 

1. Go to the Talk tab of your Unmind account

On mobile the Talk tab is on the bottom right of the screen, on the web platform it is at the top right:





2. Select "Browse Practitioners" 

You will first be asked for your location. This ensures Unmind displays the right practitioners to you based on your location. 

2. Scroll through the available practitioners

Select a practitioner to view their profile - you can then have a read of their bio, a list of their specialities and more information on their specific approach.

3. Request or book a session

Once you've found a practitioner, click on the button Request a session. If the practitioner has set their availability, you will be able to select a date and time that suits you from the practitioner's calendar. If they haven't set their availability, you'll be able to send the practitioner a session request. 

There will be the option of leaving a short message on what you'd like to address in your sessions. Only your practitioner can view the message you leave. 

4. What happens next? 

Your practitioner will contact you within one business day to either confirm the booking or share their availability. They will contact you on the email you used to log in to Unmind. 

If you don't hear from your practitioner during this time, please check your spam folder. If there's still nothing, you can get in touch with us here and we'll look into this.
