Use our Check-In feature to record and track your mood.
The Check-In section of Unmind allows you to record and track your mood. You can view the Check-In section as a mood tracker to help you monitor your wellbeing over a period of time.
How do I Check-In? ✅
Simply click the Check-In icon at the top of your screen or mobile device. You will then be able to select your overall mood, feelings that describe your mood and leave any comments to help you track this overtime.
Why check in?❓
By checking in with our thoughts and feelings day-to-day, we can understand what boosts or drains our wellbeing, and get a better sense of how to keep things level. The more we understand our mood, the better equipped we’ll be to improve it!
Who can see my check-ins? 🧐
Everything you enter when completing a Check-In is completely confidential - your employer has no access to any of this information. More on this can be found here.
How do I see my previous check-ins? 👀
To see how your mood has changed over time, click on your avatar in the top right-hand corner and go to Insights.
Under the Moods section, you will find statistics on how often you've checked in, along with the content of all your previous Check-ins.
