What are Series?
The Series section of Unmind contains programs designed to help develop your understanding of key mental health topics and your wellbeing. These are broken down into small chunks that require a maximum of 10 minutes out of your day.
You can get a good idea of how long a Series will take to complete on its overview page (accessible by clicking on the Series' name on the main Series page):
The number of days tells you how many days you will spend learning, but depending on the Series it may take you longer to complete. This is because many of our Series encourage you to take time out between days to put what you've learnt into practice.
Where do I start? 👶
Our Series are organised into categories to help give you an idea of what you want to focus on. If you're not sure where to start, we'd recommend our Foundations.
Alternatively, you can take an Unmind Index, the results of which will guide you to the Series that are most relevant to your wellbeing.
How does it work? 🤔
At the beginning and end of each Series, we'll ask you a set of questions to help you monitor your progression as you work through the Series. Once you've completed the first initial questionnaire, you will be greeted by a wealth of video and audio content as well as in-the-moment exercises to help you understand the particular topic of the Series you're working through.
At the of each Series, we will ask you the same set of questions presented at the start of the Series. These are designed to measure your understanding and application of the topics presented in the series, and allow you to see the change a series has had on you.
How do I view my progress? 🤓
You can view your progress throughout and upon completion of a Series. To view your progress while you are working on a Series, click the PROGRESS tab. Here, you will be able to review your learnings to do and re-visit previous segments of the Series. Once you've completed a Series, you can go to the REVIEW tab from the Series' overview page to view how your overall understanding has changed.
For each question, you'll see how you answered before and after the Series, with the coloured circles representing where you put yourself on the scale.
