Potential steps to solve a technical issue on the Unmind app

Before you try any of these steps, please check that your device is supported.

Check your connection 📶

Make sure you have signal on your phone and that you're online.

If you're having an issue while using mobile data, try connecting to a WiFi network.

Uninstall and reinstall the app 🔁

The majority of the technical glitches we see can be solved by a fresh install. Doing this will also ensure that you're using the latest version of the app.

Clear your app cache (Android only)🗑️

Any content you've downloaded will be deleted when reinstalling the app or clearing your app cache. Make sure to re-download before trying to use them offline again.
