For Unmind Talk clients (corporate referrals)
We send out payments every Monday following the sessions you had the week before, and this is done via the platform Wise. When you receive your first session request, someone from our team will contact you to gather your bank details.
For private clients
If you see clients privately on Unmind, you'll need to create an account with Stripe to receive payments from your private clients. This is very quick and easy to do - you can find the steps to create an account in this article.
To access your Stripe account from Unmind, go to Settings in the left menu bar, and Integrations. To view your payments and account information, click Visit Dashboard. If you want to find out more about Stripe, click Visit Stripe which will take you to their website.
